Terms of Service Hauntings in Berclair
By purchasing a ticket and attending Hauntings in Berclair, you agree to abide by the following terms and policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and respect of all guests, staff, volunteers, and the historic Berclair Mansion.
Behavior & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest at our discretion for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance
Arguing with or harassing staff, guides, or fellow guests
Refusing to follow instructions provided by staff or investigators
Disrupting the flow of the event or creating an unsafe environment
Age Requirement
This event is for guests 16 years of age and older. Proof of age may be requested at check-in. Guests under 16 will not be admitted, even with a ticket purchase.
Respect for the Mansion
The Berclair Mansion is a historic property, and we ask all guests to treat it with the utmost care. Please:
Do not remove or tamper with any artifacts, furnishings, or décor
Avoid leaning on, climbing, or handling any fragile areas or objects
Refrain from any actions that may cause damage to the property
Guest Comfort & Safety
Our goal is to create a memorable experience for all attendees. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or frightened, you may step out of the mansion. Volunteers will be available throughout the evening to assist you.
Liability
By attending this event, guests acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume full responsibility for their personal well-being. The Berclair Mansion, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

This is a night to honor the history and mystery of Berclair Mansion. We ask all guests to approach the evening with respect—for the mansion, for the spirits, and for one another.
