Guests are invited to explore the Berclair Mansion’s storied past, original furnishings, and grand architecture through both public and private guided tours.
✦ Public tours are typically offered on the last Sunday of each month at 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM.
✦ Private tours are available year-round by appointment and can be tailored for individuals, small groups, schools, and special occasions.
In December, the Mansion is open every Sunday for public tours so visitors can experience its holiday splendor—decorated from top to bottom in timeless Christmas charm.
Note: Tours are not held in January.

Most events are hosted in Terrell Hall, our dedicated event space located just behind the Mansion—giving guests access to modern amenities while being surrounded by the timeless beauty of the estate. Guests can enjoy photos, mingling, and special moments on the Mansion’s beautiful outdoor patio, lit by enchanting lights and framed by historic architecture.
Formal dinners may also be arranged inside the Mansion itself, held in the original formal dining room for an exceptionally rare and elegant experience.
